The hotel is perfectly located in Queretaro, offering exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are comfortable despite not cooling down as much as I prefer, and they are very nice. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive, though the hall walk carpet may need some attention. The dining experience is better than most hotels I have stayed at, but there were some items that were not as delicious. The overall value for the money is good, especially considering the homemade Belgian waffles at breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but they didn't cool down as much as I would have liked. The service was a bit noisy at times, with hall walks waking me up despite the 'do not disturb' sign. The location was ideal for what we wanted in Queretaro, near the downtown area. The dining experience was okay, not the most delicious but decent. The facilities were satisfactory, nothing extraordinary.
